This document is a public offer by FOP Vradii Alina Albertivna (sole proprietor) (the “Seller”) to enter into an agreement for access to online courses on alinavradiy.com on the terms set out below, in accordance with Articles 633, 641 and 642 of the Civil Code of Ukraine.

1. Definitions

  • Course - the Seller’s online learning program for parents: video lessons, materials, instructions, checklists and bonuses (the “ABA Therapy for Parents” express course, the “Key to Independence” course and other programs on the Website).
  • Plan - a version of the Course with a specific content (for example, Silver, Gold, Platinum). The content of each Plan is listed on the Course page.
  • Buyer - an individual who has placed and paid for an order on the Website.
  • Access - the ability to use the Course materials via the email address given at checkout.

2. Acceptance

Paying for an order on the Website means full and unconditional acceptance of this offer. From the moment of payment the agreement is concluded and is considered to be in writing.

3. Subject of the agreement

The Seller provides the Buyer with Access to the chosen Course and Plan, and the Buyer pays for it. The content of the Course and Plan is defined by its description on the Website at the time of payment. The Course is educational and is not a medical service, diagnosis or treatment.

4. Price and payment

  • Prices on the Website are in US dollars; the amount in hryvnias is calculated at the National Bank of Ukraine rate on the day of payment and is shown before payment.
  • Payment is made by bank card through the payment services available on the Website (WayForPay). If a service offers payment in installments, its terms are set by the bank.
  • Discounts, sales and promo codes are valid for the periods shown on the Website and cannot be combined unless stated otherwise.
  • Payment is considered made once the payment service confirms it.

5. Access

  • Access is provided within 24 hours after payment to the email address given by the Buyer at checkout.
  • Access to the Course materials is granted for life, with no time limit. The period of participation in chats and consultations (if included in the Plan) is stated in the Plan description.
  • For a Plan that includes a personal consultation, the date and time are agreed with the Seller personally.
  • The Buyer is responsible for the accuracy of the contact details. If Access has not arrived within 24 hours, the Buyer informs the Seller: info@alinavradiy.com.

6. Refunds

The Course is digital content, and access is provided immediately after payment. By paying, the Buyer agrees that the provision of access starts immediately and that no refund is made once Access has been received.

A refund is made only if the Seller has failed, through its own fault, to provide Access within 7 days after payment.

7. Rights and obligations

The Seller undertakes to provide Access on time, to answer questions about access and the materials, and to process the Buyer’s personal data in accordance with the Privacy policy.

The Buyer undertakes to pay for the Course, to give accurate contact details and to use the materials for personal learning only.

The Seller may update and add to the Course materials without reducing the content of the paid Plan.

8. Copyright

All Course materials are protected by the Seller’s copyright. It is forbidden to copy, record, publish, resell or share the materials or Access with third parties. In case of violation the Seller may terminate Access without a refund.

9. Liability

Learning results are individual and depend on the child and on regular practice, so the Seller does not guarantee a specific result. The Course does not replace medical advice. The Seller is not liable for interruptions of the internet, payment services or the Buyer’s devices.

10. Disputes

Disputes are settled by negotiation. Claims are sent to info@alinavradiy.com. If no agreement is reached, the dispute is resolved under the laws of Ukraine.

11. Term and changes

The offer is valid from its publication on the Website until withdrawn. The Seller may change the offer; the new version applies to orders paid after its publication.
